These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Digital Sampark website and services, operated by Jainam Cables India Private Limited, having its registered office at Plot No. 55, Kathwada Road No. 5, Kathwada GIDC, Ahmedabad, Gujarat – 382430. By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website and services.
Digital Sampark provides digital marketing and brand promotion services including, but not limited to, social media marketing, search engine optimization, pay-per-click advertising, content marketing, brand identity and email marketing automation. The exact scope, timelines and deliverables for any engagement will be confirmed in a separate proposal, quotation or service agreement.
Clients engaging Digital Sampark's services agree to provide accurate business information, timely feedback and approvals, and any brand assets or access credentials required to deliver the agreed services. Delays in providing such information may affect project timelines.
Service fees, payment schedules and applicable taxes will be set out in the specific proposal or agreement shared with the client. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within the timeframe specified on the invoice. Continued non-payment may result in suspension of services.
While Digital Sampark applies industry best practices, data-driven strategy and continuous optimisation to every campaign, digital marketing outcomes depend on multiple external factors including market conditions, platform algorithm changes and competitor activity. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, lead volumes or sales figures unless explicitly agreed in a signed service agreement.
Any creative assets, campaigns or strategies developed specifically for a client become the client's property upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed. Digital Sampark retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, case studies or marketing materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
Either party may terminate an ongoing service agreement by providing written notice as specified in the relevant agreement. Fees for work completed up to the date of termination remain payable.
To the extent permitted by law, Jainam Cables India Private Limited and Digital Sampark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data or business opportunity.
Our services may involve the use of third-party platforms (such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn and email service providers). Use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service, over which we have no direct control.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
